Today with heavy hearts we said goodbye to our Shadow. Her little heart was failing her faster than wed hoped, so we made the painful decision to let her go. You are leaving a huge void in our family, Shadow. Well miss your fluffiness, your muddy footprints on the carpet, dog hair rolling like tumble weed along the kitchen floor, broken biscuits under our feet, the fight for the sofa, your nose art on the dining room door, your sock toys strewn across the lawn, your dirty nose from digging yet another hole in the flower garden and the race to the car when its time to go to the dairy! Run free Shadow, maybe in doggy heaven you might just be able to catch one of those Cockle Bay beach seagulls you tried so hard to get. xxx
