Today youll notice a lot of references to Chaly in my newsfeed. It is NOT because I am sad! Just the opposite I feel very much loved today! Not sure why today,its nothing special just a day. But I feel very warm, happy and loved. I just wanted to let everyone know because so many of us, me included, sometimes avoid the grieving. Were unsure of what to say or how to handle it. A kind gesture as simple as a smile or shrug can mean so much. Grieving is indeed a strange journey. Just wanted you to know in the midst of the crushing ache, being heartbroken, etc. There are still moments of happiness, joy etc. Sometimes the tears flow because of great happiness not the sadness of loss! I wanted to share so one day maybe this would be of help to others.
