Todays Cook-up took less than 45 minutes from start to finish! Each meal is approximately 400 Calories each. The daily caloric intake is aaprox. 3000 calories, and I am on a cutting diet. I have 6 meals per day plus a post-workout shake. For this diet, approx. 50% of the calories come from protein, 30% from Carbs and 20% from Fats You can adjust the quantities depending on what your calories/meal goal is!
