You dont need to do a full-on juice fast or cleanse to reset or kick off something new - try making a couple of simple changes instead. For instance, if youre a nibbler, replace your snacks with fresh juices or small green smoothies (aim for as un-sweet as you can handle). Add in hydration - keep your water bottle with you, or sip herbal tea. (Hydration is key!) Is it as dramatic an effect as drinking only juice for a few days? No - but who needs drama? ;-) Just make some simple switch outs and feel what happens. Namaste!
