Todays Healing Message: Let go of expectations. We all have hopes and dreams but when they are accompanied by an expectation the outcome will rarely be what you expect. Holding on to an expectation (especially when it relates to another person) will almost always disappoint you if what you expect is more than what another can give you at any given time. An expectation is YOUR picture and possibly even your truth BUT it may not be someone elses picture. Expectation is an energy like any other. When you expect something, you are waiting, not being. In a clairvoyant reading when I look at the energy of expectation I almost always see limits. What if you could have MORE than what you are expecting? What if letting go of expecting and waiting is the start of being and allowing? Let go of expectations placed on others and yourself. You might be pleasantly surprised at what happens.
