Todays MBG: Simple & Strong Day!! Again, this week focus on slower more controlled movements all week. Start with EIschens Yoga beginner sequence Do 5 sets of 5-15 of each with breathing in sync with up/down of movements, work full ROM, keep shoulders wide, down for upper and keep the 3 golden rules of leg exercises on all leg exercises: chest and butt out weight 50/50 left/right knees track towards and over 1st and 2nd toe SO TODAY do A) handstands (HS walking or HS push ups...or your version of each.....practice your level...work to improve it!!) B) pullups --- deadlifts --- power wheel crawl --- Keeping it simple this week, to RE-focus on the form, recovery this week SO next week youll feel re-charged and strong!!
