Todays MBG: begin with the Eischens Yoga Warrior sequence x 60 seconds a pose! thats 24 minutes of work...you can rest a bit btwn each pose if you like...you will be able to download all 3 levels of the Eischens Yoga sequence May 18th on our monkeybargym site!! Today after the EY Warrior sequence WORK - running to sprinting and/or shuttle run technique THEN - do 10-15 minutes of working drills of either sprints or shuttle runs AGAIN - focus on technique this week!!
