Todays Move of the Day - The Wild Thing! We do this in PiYo Live classes. Start from downward-facing dog and lift one leg. Release the hand from the same side as your leg and use it to guide you up and around, so now your stomach and chest are facing the ceiling. The leg you guided up and over should remain bent and then work to straighten your other leg. Lift the chest and reach your free hand out away from your body. If you can, shift your gaze toward the horizon, letting your head and neck relax. This is a full body move and works on balance as well as strength! Natalie joined me for todays video!!!
