Todays Move of the Day - what I call the salsa spin We do something similar in our Zumba class! Start with the knees bent, and one foot in front of the other, both feet at a 45 degree angle (just estimate) Holding the core tight, move the hips in a big circle in one direction. To add circular movement, pick up the feet slightly, keep moving the hips and bending the knees, and start to turn in one direction. Optional: stretch out the arms. This works the core, waistline, glutes, quads, and calves!
