It plans to spend $9 billion dollars to expand, consolidate. Although Wall Street, bankers are firing yet again that wont help when investigators track information or those people to jail, sing like canaries, cut deals. Already this includes J. P. Morgan, Lehman, Bank of Americas European banking unit, a Forex probe which proves vast global currency manipulation.
