Todays Notices: * FRENCH EXAM IN THE LIBRARY Due to the French Exams being held in the Library this afternoon the Library will be closed from the beginning of lunch 12.35 to the end of the day. Access to the Science Labs will be via the MDT stairs. Please be quiet in this area. * YEAR 9-11 STUDENTS – CULTURAL CAMP A cultural camp has been organised from 3/12 – 6/12. There are places for 25 students and it will be a case of first in best dressed. There will be no cost for the camp however students will be expected to bring their own food. This cultural camp will introduce Indigenous perspectives both historical and contemporary. There will be interactions with Elders, archaeologists, rangers, trackers, Indigenous artists and other professionals. Students will be expected to display Marist values and act in a mature, respectful manner whilst on camp. Please come and see Mrs Koop in the LEC for a permission form. * LOST PROPERTY AND KEYS - The Student Service Office is holding a large amount of lost property and keys – including car keys. The lost property will be donated to St Vincent de Paul at the end of the year if not collected beforehand, so if you have lost any items or keys throughout the year, please call to the Student Service Office to enquire. * YEAR 7 – LOCKER KEYS All year 7 students will be required to return their locker key to their class teacher on Wednesday 11/12/13. If you have lost or broken your key IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to replace the key. You can do this by giving $7.50 to Mrs Gale, along with your name, room number and locker number. * YEAR 8 ICILS TESTING MONDAY 25 NOVEMBER - Year 8 students - Please check the daily bulletin on Friday to see if you will be participating in the 2013 ACER International Computer & Information Literacy Study, (ICILS) in Period 1 & 2 on Monday 25th November. Involved students are required to sign in to class teacher and then make their way promptly to Computer Lab 1 to commence at 9.00am. Letters have been posted to parents advising of selection for this compulsory testing. * YEAR 9 GIRLS - Please check Fridays Daily Bulletin to see if you need to report to the Harcombe Centre at lunchtime to complete first aid exams. * YEAR 9 SPORTS LEADERS FOR 2014 - If you will be a Sport Leader in 2014, and you havent already, please see Estelle in the Harcombe to try on sports leaders tops. * YEAR 9 HOBART CAMP - Laser Skirmish - This is an optional activity for the Hobart camp. If you want to take part, please collect an indemnity form from Mrs Thomas or the table outside Ms Englunds office, have it signed by your parents and return it to the Student Services office with the payment of $35.00. * TODD ROGERS NETBALL CARNIVAL All players can collect a draw from the Harcombe Centre. YEAR 8 TRAINING is on Friday between 3.00pm - 4.15pm. Please be prompt getting changed and getting to the Harcombe Centre and remember to bring outside shoes.
