Also have compasssion for yourself. Your beating yourself up or hurling insults at yourself does not make you a better person or motivate you to become your best. Try telling yourself how awesome you are instead and mean it. Let yourself know, YOU ROCK because YOU ARE SO AWESOME!!! Yeah. And then send that sentiment out to all the other people out there - the ones you love, like, and especially to the ones you dont care for so much.
