Todays Prayer Father, I pray for all of the people who are sick in body, mind and in soul, for they need your healing hands to touch them and heal them. Comfort them as You bring them to wellness. Give them the strength and the wisdom to see the ways of Your Word. I also pray that You help me help others in need. Guide me to bring water to the thirsty, food to the hungry, clothes to the naked, shelter to the homeless, and understanding to my fellow man and woman in times of trouble and confusion. God, I also ask You to bring happiness to the oppressed and saddened, comfort to the grieving, friendship to the lonely. Let Your love come upon those who hate others and change their heart. May the Holy Ghost continue to dwell within me and my daily walk through life become more and more Christ-like. May Your Glory shine around me as a light to those in the dark and lead them to You. I pray this in the name of Jesus, amen.
