Todays Public Records Circus: Albuquerque I have made a simple - TopicsExpress

Todays Public Records Circus: Albuquerque I have made a simple request - with a point and purpose beyond the content of the actual record requested (I already have that document - my request is to prove that the APD and its records custodians have it - and know what is in it). The single document I requested: The NM Attorney General Inspection of Public Records COMPLIANCE GUIDE. After weeks of waiting - City ATTORNEY David Torres formally wrote to me today - that he has deemed this to be excessively burdensome and excessively broad. I KID YOU NOT. This is being incorporated into a long-term legal strategy to prove not just that this request was unlawfully denied - but that the APD does not comply with, nor respect, nor deem itself subject to THE LAW. I have also notified Chief Gordon Eden that I am - in addition to my similar pursuit against their Public Information Officer Janet Blair - formally seeking to bring a complaint, under each and every internal APD mechanism, against City Attorney David Torres. Again - they play with me - and assume I am unable to play harder and smarter. And thus the GROSSLY UNDERESTIMATE their enemy.
