Todays Rebel Post. Good morning guys its Mom. I know you are anxious to get out of class and head home for a few days. I pray that you will spend time with your family and on Sunday you will join in worship and celebrate Jesus resurrection. I want to share a couple of things with you. The last months have been hard but we continue to worship Jesus Christ. Easter is going to be special in a different kind of way this year. Yes there will be a hole in our hearts, yes I will yearn to have Park beside me but I will be celebrating Christ defeat of death. The resurrection is my assurance that this world is not the end. “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?” John 11:25-26 I hope each of you believe this. Any of you who dont have a place to go Easter are welcomed to come to New Hope and attend Mt Vernon with us. We love you. Please be careful in your travels. PS#75. Here is a short video we made last Easter of our older children having their egg hunt. Both Park Stevens and Robert Conyers having a little fun. Gail always puts a little money in each egg to motivate them to find as many as possible. Enjoy the video. I hope it works. We had a lot of rain that day so the kids were in their comfort clothes after church.
