Todays SHELLZAM! Shower by Becky G. Boy did we all need showers after yesterday! Nothing will make you appreciate a hot shower more than hiking around in and out of mud all day - then getting hosed off by freezing cold water! Im not a fan of mud at all. It was def my least favorite part of the Spartan race. The second pic is the start of my rope climb. You can see why I was not letting go of that rope! There was no way I was dropping down into that mud pool! Luckily its not as muddy as the tough mudder, but we were all still pretty dirty by the end of the day! Even though I wasnt having fun in the mud, I was certainly having a blast with the team! Have you heard Shower by Becky G? Lil Mike loves it! He was dancing to it at my house the other day.
