Todays Success Mantra: Who are you allowing to have an all access pass into your life? It may be time to Raise the Bar! This weekend I removed a toxic acquaintance completely from my world. For the past 16 months I have watched this person lie, manipulate, fuel drama, and constantly stir things up within our respective business. Unfortunately, this persons insecurities tend show up in all the worst ways. ....And let me tell you, it felt great to say good riddance! Now those of you who know me know I am not a negative person. My point in sharing this is not to perpetuate any nonsense, or call this person out. But rather to point out that life is too short to tolerate people who dont deserve to be in your life! One of the conscious decisions Summer and I made, several years ago, was to raise the bar on the people we allow in our lives. ....And it has played a huge role in our success journey! The saying that comes to mind is, who needs enemies with friends like you? Think about it, who in your life at this moment is causing you grief, always adding stress - or drama to your life? I can promise you this; there is no short term gain worth having someone in your life who is constantly dropping mind bombs, secretly working against you behind the scenes, all while they smile to your face. Remember friends, some people are like dark clouds, when they disappear, its a brighter day. Know when its time to let go.
