Todays Sunday reading. Recently we had a review that stated barbecue isnt smoke..... Hmmmmm Ive been doing it all wrong apparently. But anyways it seems that the BBQ Renaissance is taking a really strong foothold in America with all the new joints popping up in major cities and even all of the fast food joints jumping on the bandwagon with Arbys 12 he smoked brisket, Wendys pile it on anything pulled pork, Burger King did some kind of pulled pork, and McDonalds keeps bringing back the McRib. So anyways read on and enjoy and dont forget to get some wings and ribs to watch the game today should be one of the best of the season especially in this weather!
