Todays Theme: Being Present When you are having a conversation with someone, are you REALLY listening? Are you thinking about your own story while they are talking? Have you ever been so compelled by your own point of view that you have no idea what the other person just said? In order to have miraculous relationships we must learn to listen to what others are saying. Not just what they ARE saying, but what they are NOT saying as well. Listen with all of your heart and soul. You know the phrase read between the lines? When you are listening to someone think about the things they arent telling you as well and ask them questions about what they are saying and truly listen to what they need. Be present for other people and give them the gift of truly listening to them. Slow down. Trust. Truly receive what others are telling you. Dont interrupt someone when they are trying to talk to you and genuinely engage in what they are saying. Everyone wants to be heard by someone who will listen with love in their heart; it is truly a great gift. It is not always necessary to respond, just listen. Commit to being a nurturing listener and you will know when a response is required. Be in the moment, be here NOW, be present and listen with your ears, hearts, and souls, and you will transform your relationships. I hope you can all be present today, with Light and with Love!
