**Todays Trouble Thursday comes from Kate ** Hi SPIN, I work in a bar/ restaurant in the south west and one of the girls who works with me is definitely stealing from the till .I am pretty friendly with her – she is about my age (early 20’s) and I am nearly 99% sure she is voiding out bills in the register and pocketing the money. She is a full timer and I caught her last week putting cash in her apron instead of the till. I was so surprised I couldn’t say anything. I’m afraid if the manager finds out that I or someone else could be blamed but I don’t feel able to rat her out. It’s a pretty busy place and most people pay with cash – I don’t know how long this is going on for, but she is not totally broke or anything so I can’t figure out why she is doing it? Other than that she is really friendly, I just hate stealing and don’t want to be blamed – but I am so freaked out at this stage I’m thinking of leaving. What can I do? TEXT: 0877102103 #SPINNow
