Todays been one of my better days! For breakfast I had 6 cups of plain brewed green tea! (I had to sit through a long lecture) Gave me lots of natural energy! In the picture attached is what I had for lunch! Ive been noticing Im not as hungry as much even though its literally been two days since Ive been eating very healthy, so I didnt finish my whole lunch! When I got home from school I did 30 mins of interval treadmill, total body work, ab workout, leg workout/squat, plank, and an arm workout and I plan to start doing this each morning, its about an hour workout total and I can 100% admit the workout today showed me how out of shape I have gotten! All the more reason to push harder! For dinner I plan to have a chicken breast with some lightly sauteed bell peppers and onions to top the chicken as well as some asparagus and mushrooms on the side! Mmmm! Water intake was great today, and Im planning to make some fruit salad for dessert and leftovers with lunch tomorrow! Honestly its been a 10/10 day! oh and tomorrows Friday, so hang in there♥
