Todays bible verse: May all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you! May those who love your salvation say evermore, “God is great!” But I am poor and needy; hasten to me, O God! You are my help and my deliverer; O Lord, do not delay! (Psalm 70:4-5 ESV) How often do you seek Gods direction in the decisions you make? Most of the times, some of the times? Seriously, do you submit everything to God, acknowledging that his way is the only way? Accepting that his way is the best way. The tendency is for many of us to make our own decisions without seeking Gods guidance. Unfortunately when these decisions turn out disastrous, we blame everyone, including God. How about placing all of our lifes decisions and situations in the Palm of Gods hands? How about allowing God to make decisions for you? Too many of us rely on our own wisdom, and our own imagination. Please know that there are limits to our wisdom and imagination. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. (Proverbs 3:5-6 ESV) We dont always get the full picture, or have a complete understanding. Jesus says, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me (John 14:6 ESV). We should take away the fact that we dont have to go through this life alone. We dont have to live an unfulfilled life, saturated with disappointments and betrayals, and conflicts. God is there at our lowest and he is there at our highest. Dont leave God off your playing field as a spectator. Bring him into your game. Let him Quarterback your plays. He guarantees victory.
