Todays bible verse: Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 ESV) The human body is such a sophisticated and complex entity you cannot help but be amazed at its intricacy. Without being a scientist or medical person it is not difficult to appreciate that the human body is state of the art. It is High tech. It is cutting edge. It is like a supped up car. Or as they say on the streets its hooked up, off the chain. You might be wondering what is the point. Simple, Our bodies are designed to accommodate the king. Everything about the human body is carefully and masterfully crafted to facilitate the existence of God. What that means is, if God is not living inside of you then you really should be experiencing an emptiness and vacuum right about now. If the king has not taken up residence in his holy temple you are operating from the premise of inadequacy and insufficiency. Automatically you are behind the curve ball . You are operating from a lost, a deficit, you are in the red. You are close to bankruptcy. It means simply that your body is operating without the key ingredient required for its operating system to function efficiently. A word of warning, your body may function for a while but unless God is installed on his throne, there is no guarantee you will function efficiently or to your maximum capacity. You are not getting full productivity from your body. The glitches you have been experiencing are largely due to the fact that God is not at the epicenter of your world. If it is your desire to experience a complete life, thenSeek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. (Matthew 6:33 ESV) Finally, to those who have not yet accepted Christ as your Lord and Savior Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. (Proverbs 3:5-6 ESV)
