Todays deadlift session at Anytime Fitness Cairns all beltless aiming to target glute/hip/lumbar areas- 1. 3sets 12reps - conventional deadlifts (explosive up, pause, controlled eccentric 2. 2sets 6rep - pause deadlifts (knee height) followed by 6 fast reps (each set) 3. 3sets 10reps - snatch grip deadlifts focus on glute squeeze 4. 5sets 10reps lat pull downs with slow eccentric Also Anna pointed out the music.. My app chose its own, I do not lift to this haha!
