Todays dilemma? There were two. First one sorted (Ham with honey/fennel glaze. Mash and coriander carrots) Second challenge? Di brought me a record player for Xmas. We have played our 3 discs to death. Dot (Dis mum) has given me £100 which will be dedicated to vinyl. And, blimey, its expensive! Averaging at about £20 a pop. You get a little suspicious of the quality of anything that costs less. Sound quality is the whole point and I dont want vinyl thats been rendered from a CD! I want it from the source. You can trust the obvious releases (Beatles/Miles Davis) but some are worrying me. Jonis Heirja from Rhino? Ive heard of some dodgy Blue... Anyway, Id appreciate your views. Im going for nostalgia so currently in the Amazon basket are: Court and Spark Heirja Harvest After the Goldrush Abbey Road Kind of Blue (£30!)
