Todays doc visit... Even though I am doing DASH, I may never get off the bp meds. My mom is very thin and still has bp problems. Sugar issues abound in my Dads family, some skinny some not. He told me today that I will always be on cholesterol meds since Ive already had a heart attack. Any way... Doc said, continue on with what Im doing no change in meds unless my wheezing gets worse then it is steroids again (and 10 lb gain). He sent me for xrays of my lower back and hips to see what is making walking so difficult. And I go see a ortho when I can. I see the cardiologist next Monday.
