Todays doctor appointment for Alena went amazing! She is 8 pounds... gaining 7 ounces in 2 days. I am unable to sustain a proper milk supply after damage to glands from having cysts removed. She also cannot process dairy properly, so must be on a specialized formula. Formula feeding is by far the last thing I wanted to do... but she really looks like a different baby. Rosy cheeked and plumping out. Im glad there has finally been some real answers and I can stop being so worried sick (literally). Thank you to those that have messaged/text/called me to keep checking on me.
