Todays football was all about Islam & the Muslim players in the Premier League. How? 1. Demba Bas scored the opening goal for Chelsea & performed sajdah at Anfield. How many of us remember our Lord in our times of success? 2. Samir Nasri made dua before the match, raising his hands & remembering ALLAH, who has said in Hadith al Qudsi- When I find out that a man remembers Me frequently in his heart, I will dispose his affairs, become his company, speak with him & become his intimate friend. 3. Yaya Toure was voted Man Citys Man of the Match, assisting Dzeko & scoring one himself too. Why? Because in Islam by assisting your fellow brother ie Dzeko (a Bosnian Muslim), he was rewarded with success & a goal too mA! 4. As LFC have Moses (Victor) & Man City have Jesus (Navas) & Chelsea have Muhammad (Salah), Man Utd need to sign a Dawod/David to get back to winning ways :) 5. Despite Man City being outside title challengers, they remembered the verse about never giving up hope in s12 v87- ...and despair not at ALLAHs mercy; surely none despairs of ALLAHs mercy except the unbelieving people And now are favorites. Do we give up to early when a challenge/trail comes our way? Ponder on it. Note: as we mentioned how LFC fan shouldnt act arrogantly for potentially winning, we as non-LFC fans shouldnt kick a brother wen theyre down either, but show compassion & akhlaq of the Ahlulbayt a.s!
