Todays goal for Healthy January Challenge... Either walk for 15 mins or any kind of movement that you like (fill in the blank, running, yoga, pilates, core workout, phone app workouts etc etc). Short burst exercise (for sessions of less than 30 mins duration) has been shown to be in some studies MORE effective than long length duration exercise. Why? Because its hard to carve out 40-60 minutes a day but much more easy to carve out 5-25 minutes a day. Here is one of my blogs with more info on this.
