For breakfast its good to have : 1 cup cooked rolled oaks 1 banana 1 slice of Italian bread 1 teaspoon high- polyunsaturated margarine 1 orange juice and a cup of coffee if desired or decaf green tea . Lunch 3 ounces turkey breast , 1slice whole wheat , 1/4 cup table spoon reduced leaf lettuce 1 fresh tomato 1/2 tablespoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise 1 cup fresh strawberries and 1 cup of skim milk . Dinner 3 ounces fillet of sole, streamed, with lemon ,1/4 cup silvered almonds ,1/2 cup of asparagus , 1/2 cup cauliflower, 1baked potatoes, and i cup of water or skim milk
