Todays lingo I just dont get. Subbed today and a boy came in and was smiling and laughing and said, Ms Bev, in case you cant tell, IM HOT!. I said, Okay and went and turned the AC on because when I sub I ask the class if the temperature is okay, if everybody is comfortable, etc.... After about 10 minutes we were all cold in the classroom, when this same kid said, Ms Bev, its freezing in here and I have a long-sleeved shirt on! I said, Man, you just said you were hot! At which he said, Oh my gosh Ms Bev, I meant I was good looking... LOLOLOL Who knew???? (I really did)
