Todays main lift for training was a strict press, I did a pyramid set of reps 9-7-5-3 then back up holding the last rep of each set for 5seconds at the top. Weights were 70-80-90-100. Filmed is the set of 100 for 3, rest was the time it took to load or unload the bar. Then followed it up with a little met con of 5 sec pause floor press 5reps Pendalay row 10 reps Clap push up 5 reps Hang snatch high pull 10 reps 4 rounds Training is just once day, enjoying time off and relaxation,next week I start a 3 week prep to a strongman comp that will be very intense.
