Todays menu dilemma: Im making wild mushroom risotto (I call it World Famous Steve Yuhas Wild Mushroom Risotto) - I dont have KING oyster mushrooms or morels and only have regular oyster mushrooms (along with a myriad of others). Do I leave out the morels and king oysters or do I get the other mushrooms. The lazy in me says go with what youve got, but its not World Famous… if it doesnt have it all.
