Todays out break of violence in Rivers State is most condemnable. Rivers youths should learn from Ekiti and Osun where elections were held recently without an outbreak of violence . Almost seven months to the guber elections, Rivers youths are already spilling blood on Rivers soil. Friends rising against friends . Brothers at war. Parents shooting their children. For those who might claim to be in President Jonathans party, remember the warning of the President when he said wether you are contesting for president of nigeria or president of the world, no Nigerians blood is worth your ambition. So for all those irresponsible youths that stoned the governor or his supporters today, you are despicable and stand condemned . As the leader of the PDP, President Jonathan never hurt a fly to become deputy governor, governor , Vice President , acting president and now President . Your attempt to attack the governor on his ward visits clearly negates the politics of Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. On the other hand, Its also sad to note that today when all the governors gathered in Abuja with their ministers of health, to fashion out a national strategy against the spread of the Ebola Virus, a governor could shun such an important meeting to engage in political rallies. Lets all join hands and condemn the emerging violence in the state. It does nobody good .
