Ombudsman who,[in addition to several Investigations at NBS and the 4 ½ years in the courts where not a shred of evidence was ever provided of any wrongdoings] has CONFIRMED that the NBS CEO Maurice Arjoon and Managers Kent Vincent & Kissoon Baldeo and clerk Amrita Prashad were maliciously and wrongfully charged by the DPP Shalimar Hack! Quote “The rush to the conclusion that the three top managers had orchestrated a massive fraud from the account of a depositor with their own organization, is an area that angels would fear to tread, not to mention that Mr. Arjoon, the CEO was 6 months away from retirement. The humiliation and trauma suffered by these persons and their families must have taken a toll on their health, not to mention the effects of these events on the morale of the NBS staff”. Note that the Involvement of the CIOG was also discovered during the 9 mths intense investigation Yet, the excruciatingly deafening silence by President Ramotar (who himslef admitted in June 2007 that “dem Boys Innocent”); the Attorney General Anil Nandlall who was the Lawyer (and then admitted what the “DPP DID WAS PERSECUTION; NOT PROSECUTION”) and others who can end this EVIL INJUSTICE continues! What MUST also be EMPHASISED is that in April 2007 the NBS Internal investigation revealed Dr Safi also received proceeds of the withdrawals thus NO FRAUD and this is in NBS minutes tendered in court, yet DAYS after the 3 top officers were wrongfully charged the account holder was repaid by the NBS BOARD – thus the BOARD is GUILTY OF NEGLIGENCE AND GROSS MISCONDUCT in ADDITION to their CRIMINAL Actions detailed in posts on this wall (and revealed in court). Yet the Board continues to ILLEGALLY withhold Pension Rights after 7 ½ yrs and “say” its because the 3 Officers wrongfully paid out money??? FOR 2015 THE STRUGGLE CONTINUES FOR AN END TO THIS EVIL INJUSTICE; BLATANT ABUSE OF POWER AND CRIMINAL ACTIONS BY THOSE IN POWER! NO JUSTICE NO PEACE!! In the interim we are asking as many persons as possible to like this page & support the call for a CONTINUATION of the INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION (as there are other perpetrators in the EVIL INJUSTICE not under the jurisdiction of the Ombudsman) and for the 3 victims to be paid their LEGALLY due payments/pension/benefits
