Todays quote of the day is in the picture. I dont normally quote celebrities like Dahl, but these words touch me. I want to tell you that I discovered The Neverending Story before it was a hit best seller and a movie. I found the hardcover book in a London bookstore while wandering around downtown waiting for my night train to take me to Paris--I had hours to kill in the train station so I went out and wandered around London. Couldnt go far because I was carrying my luggage in my hand, but found a bookstore and the Neverending story within a block of the station, bought it, and spent most of the afternoon reading the book--a good 6 months before it was published in America.
