Todays resolution by Speaker Boehner and House Republicans to sue President Obama is a sad misguided attempt to distract Americans from their failed priorities and inability to do what is right for the American people. Far too many hardworking families are facing real life issues that impact their livelihood and future. Instead of putting their interests first by passing comprehensive immigration reform, creating good paying jobs, and raising the minimum wage for American workers, the Republicans are suing the President for doing his job because they have failed to do theirs. They are wasting the taxpayers time and money with this frivolous lawsuit to nowhere. Now is not the time for partisan games and maneuvers; now is the time for action and dedication to making our country stronger and a commitment to fighting for a brighter future for all Americans.
