Todays second pup-date! I thought Id give you a 1 day update on teeny tiny snickers. She is getting her nails done today, and maybe tomorrow I will give her a bath. She is not housebroken, but that will just take time. She walks very well on leash, she does not try to get ahead at all, but wanders behind from side to side. We just did a 25 minute hike through the woods and she was jumping over fallen trees, climbing over things, sniffing, and having a good time. She has met most of the neighbours and a couple small neighbour dogs and has done very well with everyone. She is a bit shy, but does not take long to approach them for some love. She is definitely the boss of Ben (Great Dane) and has no problems taking what she wants from him, including his bed 😊 She is eating and drinking well and seems to be settled in just fine. As I write this, she just stole the empty marrow bone that Ben just had, I cant believe she can pick it up, but she wanted it, so it is hers. Today I am working on not picking her up every time she asks, but it is difficult because she is so darn cute 😊 She is going to make someone a very nice pet 😊
