Todays sermon! Individual Ideology, should not in any circumstance precede the teachings of any religion. What we see today are self made ideologies that suits some particular interest world over. Until we accept that fact that with undertone, pursuit of religious cause shall continue to be laced with selfishness, bias and chauvinism. As humans we indeed have to retrace our steps. We need to go back to the basics of our religion. To my Muslim brothers and sister, where ever you may be, our religion is being used as a canon fodder and to get it back, we indeed have to go back to the basic and preach the basics over and over again. A Nigerian veteran once said, if you are in the pitch of play and everything seem distorted, fear not, just return to the basic - pass, hold, focus, run. Winning the match is most likely. The cause is doable and win-able. Salam.
