Todays session! A) Deadlift from 2 Deficit: 8 sets of 2 at 230kg B) Strength Endurance Finisher (Below Video) - 5 x Front Squats into 10 x Back Squats into 20 x Deadlifts at 120kg With the announcement of the Southern u90kg Strongman Qualifier I needed to see where my endurance was. We have both squat and deadlift for reps. Will aim to do this at 170kg+ before the qualifier in 10 weeks. Have to do this again at 140kg in 2 weeks...cant wait! #winning #wantmytitleback #strongmancardio
