Todays sp food so far. Now youll all know why I was eating this totally random dessert lol!! B - Devon cream porridge, berries, cinnamon and sweetener, flavouring from cupcake world. L- Smoked salmon pizza topped omelette and salad. Syn free as the tiny bit of reduced fat cheese is from half my hea. D- Fat free cottage cheese, sweetener, choc shot, cho orange essence and berries. I also did a 20 minute walk/jog and an hours body pump class. Im debating doing a dry January too!!! Only debating it!! Anyone else?x
