Todays street edition of The Sun had this headline... Peaceful rally marred by attack on press The Sun report said it was a peaceful rally with several thousand Malaysians taking part in the Labour Day Anti-GST event. However, things turned ugly at its tail end today when a handful of youths attacked press photographers. According to The Sun 2 photographers although it was not mentioned if they were journalist photographers, were hurt when wooden flag poles and water bottles were thrown towards the photographers. The next line in the Suns article made me laugh... Wooden flag poles and water bottles were also thrown towards the photographers as police officers looked on. As police officers LOOKED ON???!!!
