Todays struggles will add up to tomorrows strengths ! Stability, coordination, & flexibility do not come naturally to me. I have to work at them everyday. Here is a tiny preview of the piyo program I am doing! Its low impact but check out all the sweat from a 29 minute program. Im not only killing massive calories but its been a few days since Ive walked into something or have some strange unexplained bruise. #piyo for the win !!!
