Todays training Squats - current comp best 270kg Warm ups 3 x 8 Working sets 75 x 5, 120 x 5, 170 x 3, 190 x 2, 210 x 1, 230 x 1 Add knee wraps 250 x 1, 265kg x 3 They look a tad high too, camera looking up not sure if that has had a play in it, they felt ok will take side on next week to be sure, I have the same working sets for the next two weeks so not concerned This will be my opener Pause squats 170 x 5 x 3 sets Stiff leg deads 100 x 10 x 4 sets Done
