Todays warm up! I hit the bike for 8 minutes & then did this to prepare for my chest/shoulders/tricep workout today! I call it Plank Press to keep it simple for my clients, with a narrow hand placement (like chattaranga), chest push up in between! If youve never done the Plank Press before, try those first! -Stack your shoulder & elbow directly over the wrist, start in PLANK POSITION, lower yourself down one elbow at a time & then PRESS yourself back up into plank position. -You can alternate sides or stick with your dominate side to BUILD CONFIDENCE when pressing up. Feet are hip width apart, try to resist the hips swaying. -Have FUN and try to IMPROVE each time you do it! Stay Strong & Carry on!!!!
