Todays weather for most is very challenging and for others it can be time for a bit of fun. I am getting a high volume of worry, concern and anger from motorists across the City where they have been targeted by young people, pelting snowballs at the windscreens of cars, which is very dangerous, causing fear and anxiety Could I make an appeal to parents to urge their children to enjoy the snow, but to behave responsibly when out and about, as the big worry is that someone is going to be hurt.
