Todays word is: STARDUST Have you given thought to what you are made of??/ You are really quite wonderful. Very very briefly here is where the elements of your body came from...stars are huge masses of hydrogen gas, inside of stars like our sun heat and pressure fuse 2 hydrogen atoms into one , that one is helium...as the star ages 2 heliums fuse to form lithium and so the process goes on making larger and larger elements. The last element formed in the star is iron...the larger elements are formed when large stars explode into supernovas..that is now where all the elements that compose your body come from..so in fact you are make from exploding stars...did you ever notice that if you look into someones eyes you see starlight??...ahhh well that is another story. So my dear friends you are, in fact, made of stardust. Yes 93% of the mass in our body is stardust. Just think, long ago someone may have wished upon a star that you are made of. Now aint you just the most wondrous thing. Put into music this is how joni mitchel sang it: I came upon a child of god He was walking along the road And I asked him, where are you going And this he told me We are stardust. We are golden. And weve got to get ourselves back to the garden.
