Todays workout is Biceps. I will do the following workout then finish with 2 miles on the treadmill. I will also do yoga to help stretch out the soreness. Incline Hammer Curls Incline Biceps Curl Bar Curl Standing Close grip Wide grip barbell curl Hammer curl dumbbell biceps cur Skull Crushers Push downs free dips If you have any questions about these workouts please let me know. I find myself also looking up on YouTube how to do the proper format of these workouts.
