Todays workout is brought to you from Mendoza, Argentina. Some people may think Im crazy for wanting to workout on my honeymoon, but after a week without the gym, I was dying to get back at it. I just dont feel good when Im not active. Todays workout was a 2 mile run, followed by 3 sets of 10 reps of alternating lateral lunges, sumo squats, curtsy lunges and close-stance squats. I finished my workout with this combination - walk-out planks and plank-ups - both are great core/abdominal work as well as a good stretch for the calves and hamstrings, perfect after running. The best part about this workout is that it can be done anywhere and doesnt require any equipment.
