Todays workout is one I like doing with my son but at the same time can give you a great workout. Be creative in you selections or let the kids pick. Have fun!! Deck of Cards Workout Warm-up with dynamic stretching for 5 to 10 minutes. Perform workout and cool down with static stretching for 5 to 10 minutes holding each stretch for no less than 20 seconds. For each suit in the deck assign one exercise. Each card dictates how many to perform. (Jack, Queen and King are 10 and the Ace is 11.) Shuffle the deck and draw a card. Perform the exercise for that suit and the reps on that card.
